A Private, Comfortable Room
Each resident has their own space that feels like home — not a hospital room. We encourage personal touches like photos, familiar furniture, and favorite belongings.
Senior housing at Autumn Hill Manor means comfort, community, and caring support — all under one roof in Weatherford, Texas.
Choosing where a parent or grandparent will live is one of the most important decisions a family makes — and it shouldn't feel rushed or clinical. At Autumn Hill Manor, senior housing means a true home: a private, familiar space where residents eat well, sleep safely, and wake up to people who know their name. We keep our community small on purpose, because that's how real care happens.
— The Autumn Hill Manor family

Each resident has their own space that feels like home — not a hospital room. We encourage personal touches like photos, familiar furniture, and favorite belongings.
Home-cooked meals served in a shared dining area give residents something to look forward to and a reason to gather. Dietary needs and preferences are always taken into account.
From morning conversation over coffee to afternoon activities, there's always something going on — and no one has to feel isolated or bored. Connection is part of our daily routine.
Our caregivers are here 24 hours a day, so residents — and their families — are never left wondering who to call. Someone is always on hand, day or night.
Because Autumn Hill Manor is intentionally small, we can actually keep our promises — consistent staff, personal attention, and a care routine that's built around each resident.
We don't rotate strangers through — our caregivers build real relationships and notice when something feels off.
Common areas, shared meals, and a quiet residential atmosphere mean residents feel at home, not managed.
Whether it's 2pm or 2am, a trained caregiver is always present and ready to help.
We learn each resident's preferences, routines, and needs — and adjust our support as those needs change over time.
The trust of local families is the truest measure of our care.
"Here’s a big shoutout to Autumn Hill Manor! Gina and her staff are so awesome and attentive. They truly care about all of the residents and treat them like their own family! The facility is super clean and the meals they prepare are amazing. We started with our parents in an independent apartment around seven years ago and after Dad passed almost two years ago, we moved Mom into an assisted living room because of her continued decline with dementia. We have been greatly blessed by the care and love for our Mom."
"My mom was a resident at Autumn Hill Manor for almost six years. The staff provided her with excellent care and lots of love! The meals were wonderful and there were always activities for the residents to enjoy! I would highly recommend Autumn Hill Manor to anyone who is seeking assisted living for a loved one!"
"Autumn Hill Manor was the perfect place for our Grandmother to call home during the last several years of her life. The staff there treats the residents like family & they really get to know you on a first name basis. From the Easter Bunny tradition on Easter Sundays, to the game nights throughout the week, I can’t think of a better choice our family could have made for long term living and care for our loved one. They truly are top notch in our book."
"Our grandmother was at Autumn Hill for many years, and we absolutely loved it. The grounds are beautiful, facility is newly renovated and feels very homey, and staff is adorning to the residents. They always have fun activities planned for the residents— my grandmother especially loved playing Bingo and events where bands would come and play (and families were invited to so many special events). So many of the precious staff has been there for 15/20+ years— which says it all! They love what they do!!! It was sweet for our family to see her thriving in such a loving environment."
"My husband & I highly recommend Autumn Hill! His precious mom moved in initially as a temporary resident when we started a remodel at our home. What she found is a community of friends and staff that have re-ignited her excitement and zest of life! She feels cared for and important. When she comes home with us for visits she always has stories to share about her relationships there and looks forward to the activities they have for her. We are so glad that she is happy at Autumn Hill!"
