"Our grandmother was at Autumn Hill for many years, and we absolutely loved it. The grounds are beautiful, facility is newly renovated and feels very homey, and staff is adorning to the residents. They always have fun activities planned for the residents— my grandmother especially loved playing Bingo and events where bands would come and play (and families were invited to so many special events). So many of the precious staff has been there for 15/20+ years— which says it all! They love what they do!!! It was sweet for our family to see her thriving in such a loving environment."

What is long-term senior care?
Long-term senior care provides ongoing support for older adults who need help with daily living, health needs, or supervision on a continuing basis. It’s designed for residents whose needs aren’t temporary, offering a stable home with personal care, meals, housekeeping, and assistance available as much or as little as each person requires. We provide long-term care across our Willow Park, Weatherford, Mineral Wells, and Hudson Oaks communities.
What is the move-in or admission process?
Getting started is simple. After an initial conversation and tour, we assess your loved one’s needs, recommend the right level of care, and walk you through the paperwork and move-in steps. Our team supports you at every stage to make the transition smooth.
