"Our grandmother was at Autumn Hill for many years, and we absolutely loved it. The grounds are beautiful, facility is newly renovated and feels very homey, and staff is adorning to the residents. They always have fun activities planned for the residents— my grandmother especially loved playing Bingo and events where bands would come and play (and families were invited to so many special events). So many of the precious staff has been there for 15/20+ years— which says it all! They love what they do!!! It was sweet for our family to see her thriving in such a loving environment."

How do you keep residents safe?
Resident safety is our top priority. Our communities include secure environments (especially in memory care), trained staff on-site 24/7, emergency support, and thoughtfully designed spaces that reduce fall risks and help residents move around comfortably.
What happens if my loved one’s care needs change over time?
Our communities offer multiple levels of care, so we can adjust support as needs change, for example moving from independent or assisted living into memory care, often without leaving the community they already call home.
What is respite care?
Respite care is short-term care that gives family caregivers a break, or supports a senior recovering after a hospital stay, surgery, or illness. Your loved one stays with us for a planned period and receives the same meals, activities, housekeeping, and personal assistance our full-time residents enjoy. It’s also a great way to experience our community before committing to a longer stay.
What is the move-in or admission process?
Getting started is simple. After an initial conversation and tour, we assess your loved one’s needs, recommend the right level of care, and walk you through the paperwork and move-in steps. Our team supports you at every stage to make the transition smooth.
